Charles Scales MD is a urology fellow and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the Duke University School of Medicine, and completed his urology residency at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Scales currently serves as Chair of the Council of Review Committee Residents of the ACGME. During residency, he served as the Resident Member of the Residency Review Committee for Urology.
