Barbara Baetz-Greenwalt has been practicing as an academic-based Pediatric Infectious Disease specialist for over twenty years. She attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and completed residencies in Pediatrics and Anesthesiology at the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University; she completed a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at Case Western Reserve University-MetroHealth. She completed an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, with a concentration in health affairs. Most recently, Dr. Baetz-Greenwalt was the Co-Director of the Pediatric International Health Residency Track, an elective certificate program within the pediatric residency program at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. She has been involved in resident application interviewing and admission and was on the intern selection committee for her program, as well as actively teaching pediatric, family medicine, medical-pediatric residents, infectious disease fellows and medical students throughout her career. Her main areas of interest have been clinical practice, education and clinical research. |
