Dr. Joseph Campisano received both his bachelor's and
master's degrees from Indiana University, and his doctorate from the School
of Education at the University of Pittsburgh. His doctoral dissertation
dealt with the identification of criteria affecting the transfer of didactic
material to the clinical setting.
After serving in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1967, Dr.
Campisano held a number of teaching and training positions. From 1971
to 1976 he served as a personnel analyst in the Department of Public Welfare
for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving at the Torrence and Holidaysburgh
State Hospitals.
