Dr. Eric Holmboe, ACGME Senior Vice President, Milestone Development and Evaluation Receives Honorary Fellowship from the Royal College

Eric S. Holmboe, MD, senior vice president, Milestone Development and Evaluation has been named a 2018 Honorary Fellow by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (Royal College).

Dr. Holmboe has worked on projects with the Royal College for more than 10 years. He has contributed to the Royal College's Competence by Design initiative and the CanMEDS 2015 review, participated in the International Competency-based Medical Education collaborative, and served as a frequent speaker and planning committee contributor for the International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE). Most recently, Dr. Holmboe led the Royal College Examination Chairs through exercises to think about aligning examinations to the most relevant clinical care practices.
