Roxana Aleksic, MBA, PMP

Vice President, Accreditation Operations

Roxana Aleksic joined the ACGME in 2021 as the senior director, Accreditation and Recognition, and is now vice president, Accreditation Operations, establishing, guiding, and managing accreditation and recognition administrative support functions and performing strategic planning for all aspects of operations.

Prior to joining the ACGME, Ms. Aleksic worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America as the assistant vice president of Operations in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, and as director of Operations and project manager within the same department. Before that, she worked at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital for more than nine years, managing residency programs in psychiatry and later obstetrics and gynecology. Throughout her career, she has focused on operational efficiencies, team and program development, leading and implementing program and department change initiatives, and implementing and enhancing software systems and electronic health record systems.

Ms. Aleksic earned her MBA with a concentration in leadership and change management from DePaul University and holds a BS in business administration also from DePaul. She also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
