Submit a Session Proposal Today

The ACGME announces the Call for Sessions for the 2027 Annual Educational Conference, taking place Thursday, February 25-Saturday, February 27, 2027, at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. All sessions will be presented in person in San Antonio.

Session proposals are being accepted for the conference’s:

  • Osteopathic Recognition Full-Day Course – submit proposals for this course through Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central.
  • Concurrent sessions – submit proposals for these through Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central.
  • Coordinator Forum Full-Day Course – submit proposals for this course through Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central.

Submit individual proposals to one call only. Coordinator-specific content should be submitted for the Coordinator Forum Full-Day Course; content applicable to programs applying for and with Osteopathic Recognition should be submitted for the Osteopathic Recognition Full-Day Course; content applicable to all members of the graduate medical education (GME) community should be submitted for concurrent sessions. Submissions from sponsors or exhibitors will not be accepted.

The ACGME encourages submission of quality over quantity. In the past, individuals have submitted multiple session proposals, which statistically does not increase probability of acceptance into the conference. Individual presenters can be listed on a maximum of four session proposals. Additional session proposals with the same presenter may be removed from consideration.
