The 2022 ACGME Annual Educational Conference kicked off—appropriately, on National Doctors’ Day—with five pre-conferences, each tailored to a specific role in graduate medical education (GME). Despite the virtual setting, the pre-conferences featured community, connection, and deep collective learning.
2022 David C. Leach Awardee Beverly Aiyanyor, MD is an attending physician in the Boston Children’s Hospital Network. She represents a team of about 20 who worked on the project being recognized with this award, including senior residents Dr. Neha Limaye and Dr. Rohini Jain.
2022 Debra L. Dooley GME Program Coordinator Excellence Awardee Skyler Kiddy, MS, works as the program coordinator for the pediatrics program at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and Osteopathic Medical Education Consortium of Oklahoma.
2022 David C. Leach Awardee Anai Kothari, MD is an assistant professor in surgical oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. At the time of the award nominations, Dr. Kothari was a clinical fellow in complex general surgical oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
