On August 7, 2019, Ohio Valley Medical Center (OVMC) in Wheeling, West Virginia informed its employees it would close in 60 to 90 days. OVMC is a participating site for ACGME-accredited emergency medicine and internal medicine residency programs.

The ACGME looks forward to welcoming international attendees to the ACGME 2023 Annual Educational Conference with a variety of sessions of interest to a global audience.

New for 2023, Full-Day Courses on topics of interest to specific audiences (previously called "pre-conferences") are included in the conference registration fee!

The NAM Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience has released a draft for a National Plan for health workforce well-being and is seeking public input. The plan is intended to provide a roadmap to drive collective action to improve the well-being of the health workforce.
