Ask Away at the ACGME Hub

November 14, 2025
The ACGME's Digital Learning team chats with an attendee at the ACGME Hub during the 2025 conference.

Located in the Exhibit Hall, the ACGME Hub at the 2026 ACGME Annual Educational Conference will once again offer attendees from across graduate medical education (GME) a unique opportunity to engage directly with ACGME staff members across a wide range of departments, initiatives, and programs.

Whether you're seeking clarity on the accreditation process, curious about new initiatives, or looking for ways to get involved, the ACGME Hub is designed to foster meaningful conversations and provide answers straight from the source.

Who You'll Meet
Throughout Exhibit Hall hours, several ACGME groups will be present to connect with attendees. The following departments and initiatives are expected to have representation available:

  • ACGME Global Services and ACGME International
  • Accreditation Data System (ADS) and ACGME Cloud
  • Back to Bedside
  • Leadership Skills Training Program for Chief Residents
  • Program Accreditation and Recognition
  • Digital Learning and Continuing Education
  • Accreditation Field Representatives
  • The Journal of Graduate Medical Education (JGME)
  • Milestones and Faculty Development
  • Rural and Underserved GME
  • Sponsoring Institutions
  • ACGME Well-Being Initiatives

There will also be a monitor with a rotating list of upcoming and ongoing ACGME initiatives to be aware of and ask questions about.

“The Digital Learning and Continuing Education teams are excited to be a part of the ACGME Hub this year. We love hearing feedback from the GME community about the online content we've built and what people would like to see next. It’s always a great experience connecting with attendees - it reminds us why we do what we do,” says ACGME Vice President, Digital Learning and Continuing Education Brett Coup, MA.

Each kiosk is staffed by knowledgeable team members ready to answer questions, share updates, and help attendees navigate the many facets of graduate medical education.

“Stop by the ACGME Hub to meet the JGME staff and editors! We will be there to talk about publishing your work, answer questions about the submission process, and share what’s new in the journal. We will also have journal copies, flyers, pens, and tote bags to share with attendees,” says Managing Editor Jean Mattes, MA.

Ask Your Questions
The ACGME Hub is a space for open dialogue. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with questions, for example:

  • What should I expect when submitting a manuscript to JGME?
  • What well-being resources does the ACGME offer for residents, fellows, and faculty members?
  • What’s new in international accreditation?
  • What is ACGME Cloud and how can I use it most efficiently?

No matter your role in GME, the ACGME Hub is a valuable resource to help you make the most of your conference experience.
